Goldizine zone

Ancient story says that once a girl was lost in the woods, found a house went inside and saw the three bowls of soup on table. One big, with very hot soup, one small with little hot soup and one smaller with cool soup. She ate the bowl with the cool soup. Then she went inside the bedroom. One bed was very long other was also little smaller but still long, the last bed was of her size and was perfect. The story is applicable to all. Considering the kids. If they get hurt, even a scratch they come crying to their moms, as that is the most comfortable zone or Goldizine zone. Everyone has Goldizine zone, comfort zone, depending on the choices & priorities of one person. On alight note - what is the Goldizine zone was a newly wedded bride - inlaws or her own parents?

Beet root

Beet root is early available. It has many uses and different ways to eat. We can conserve it as salad. One more interesting way is to consume it by preparing Kanji ( salty and spicy drink). It is very easy to make kanji. Let the pieces of two beet root, put them in a glass bottle with wide neck and add a litre of water to it. Add crushed mustard seeds, black salt. Put the bottle in the sun for two days. The third day kanji is ready. It is very tasty to drink and is very useful too.

From the point of view of a bus conductor

Just like Goldizine zone. It's a modern world today. Every sphere of life is tried to be run on a particular technology. Let's see a telephone that has evolved into a mobile device and further into a Smartphone. Computer has evolved into a Laptop and laptop has been replaced by other devices like IPAD, Tablets.

Coal trains have been replaced by electric trains and metros. Books are replaced by Kindle, ebooks, grocery shops replaced by Malls, physical shopping replaced by virtual shopping on internet, Tandoor replaced by Microwave ovens, knife being replaced by choppers, etc.

Now look at how our bus conductor still conducts his daily business. He still moves from one seat to another checks with the passenger their destination, tells them the fare, takes the money from him/her and returns the difference if any. Once he has got the correct amount he opens his ticket box which has many colored tickets. He tries to pull out the required tickets with his sweaty and soiled hands. At times he licks his thumb to enable him to get the tickets out delivering us the required ticket. We get the ticket wet with bacteria from his thumb. How pathetic? Why have we still not used a technology which will remove this burden from the conductor.

It is suggested that there is a machine fixed near the driver's seat where the people can select the fare amount for which they want the ticket, put in the money and get the ticket out of that machine. The difference in amount would also be dispensed by the machine. The duty of the conductor would then be limited to checking the new passengers boarding and check the tickets.
